B. Criminal Jurisdiction:
ADJS has niche expertise and is providing a full spectrum in Criminal Matters including Criminal Complaints, Bail, Anticipatory Bail, Defence Strategies related to anti-corruption matters, money laundering, financial frauds, embezzlement, undisclosed foreign assets, corporate governance, defamation, sexual harassment, blood crimes, cyber crimes, extortion, and narcotics investigations.
We deal with criminal cases and conduct trials before the trial Court, Session Court as well as we appear before various High Courts. We also defend the accused in FIR lodged against them under various criminal laws and we assist the accused to appear before Police authorities. Our firm also deals with Negotiable Instrument cases including filing and defending of Sec. 138 matters (Cheque Bouncing).
